Jack and Diane want to track down the program. Billy suggests they go to the person who stole it. Phyllis.

Whoa, relax, Victor tells Phyllis that everything’s under control. We made a deal – I counted on you delivering Jabot, Phyllis isn’t leaving til she gets an answer!
