When Audra downplays her connection to Holden, Amy calls out her ‘brazen’ lies. You’ve gotta do the work in order to fix/change things. If you want forgiveness, earn it, she marches out. Holden returns to comment that it was nice for Amy to sit with Audra – after what you did to Nate.
Devon teases Nate about his ‘friendship’ with Victoria – and hopes he’s not still hung up on Audra. Not everyone can have things as good as you and Abby, Nate jokes.
Abby answers a call from an unknown number. Hello? Hello? Mariah hangs up. I didn’t think … Ian appears – no, you didn’t think – why would you do that?
Devon appreciates Nate staying on top of things. There to meet Amy for lunch, Nat worries about her and agrees Dom might be able to make her smile.
Amy trusts you less than she trusts me, Audra tells Holden – then is happy to tell him that Claire’s family company is under attack. They’re still bickering about Claire when Sally arrives to chase Holden off – then ask Audra what that was about.
You’re stalling, Ian only wants to guide and help Mariah. We agreed this is the best thing to do. Mariah’s not sure she wants/needs to do this. This IS the answer, Ian is here to make sure she stays with the plan.
Amy joins Nate (at Society) to relay her run in with Audra. She broke our bond when she broke your trust – she’s lonely and has work to do. Nate admits he thinks about Audra more than he’d like to. Can you ever forgive her? Amy wonders.
Audra shrugs Holden off as a good-looking goof. Does he have something over you? Sally asks. Audra changes the subject – YOU called ME. Sally confides that Billy’s about to let her down, again, and for the last time.
After skating, Devon and Abby return to the park’s cafe to praise Dom’s skills.
Mariah returns to the motel room to flip through photos she’s taken of Dom with his parents. You made that family possible, Ian reminds. I didn’t do it alone, Mariah flashes back to giving birth with Devon and Abby – ‘we did it’. YOU delivered the perfect gift, Ian says. Suddenly defiant, Mariah refuses to go through with this.
Telling Audra that Billy running Chancellor is back on the table, Sally plans to call Jill (to start assembling her own team) Yes, Audra still wants to work at AC – ‘you’d be saving my life’.
When Nate expresses doubt that he could forgive Audra, Amy again uses Damian as an example of forgiveness. Honouring that keeps his memory alive.
Mariah can’t remember why she even agreed to Ian’s plan. You can’t back out now – not when you’re so close. Life will change on the other side of this, he promises.
Ominous music plays as Devon, Abby and Dominic are enjoying themselves at that park’s outdoor cafe.
Next Week: When Adam tells Chelsea that his Dad wants to use Lily and the twins as leverage against Cane, she yelps – he doesn’t want to kidnap them, does he??? …. Billy’s annoyed – you called my Mom to tell her that I might want to leave the company and you don’t think that’s a conversation I would want to have with her? Sally didn’t talk Billy’s Mom, she spoke to his Uncle Snapper – he says Jill’s taken a turn of the worse … Now home, Abby’s ‘starting to freak out’ – she and Devon have talked to everyone, searched the house and grounds and can’t find Dom anywhere!
