Phyllis and Cane march into Victor’s office to say it’s now theirs (including the furniture)
Sally ends a call as Billy arrives at the club – she has some important decisions to make. Are you going to accept Cane’s offer, or not??
Bringing Dominic home, Abby and Devon send him upstairs for a nap. On the front step, Mariah watches through the window.
Abbott Communications is in limbo, Sally’s ‘bothered’ that Billy plans to run Chancellor. This will feed all your worst instincts.
So, how did it go? Ian’s waiting for Mariah at the motel. He’s not angry, he’s disappointed that she didn’t bring the boy. After flashing back to tearfully telling Abby and Devon that she’s moving out of the estate (because it hurts too much not being Dom’s mom) she tells Ian that she won’t shatter another happy family the way she did hers.
The taunting amps up. You tried to destroy me because I wasn’t afraid of you, Cane snarls at Victor. I trusted you, Phyllis gloats – I’m on top this time. Enjoy your moment, Victor’s sure she’ll fall.
Mariah wants to be with Aria! No, she didn’t adopt her because she missed Dominic. He’s yours, Ian persists. No, he has Abby and Devon’s genes, Mariah argues. They love him! You loved him first, Ian reminds.
Devon comes in with a scarf. No, it’s not Abby’s – maybe Louise left it behind? After talking to Victoria on the phone, she updates that it’s over – Cane and Phyllis now own everything, including Chancellor. Devon doesn’t know how Cane can do this, after everything he’s put Lily and the kids through.
Sally called Jill to delicately ask if she’d pull funding if Billy left Abbott Communications. She didn’t speak to his Mom – she spoke to his uncle Snapper; Jill’s taken a turn for the worse.
When Nikki and Victoria arrive, Phyllis crows some more – she walked in like she owns the place because she DOES. You’ve leached off your Daddy your entire life! she and Victoria go at it while the others watch in stunned silence, until Victor suddenly explodes ‘Enough!’.
How serious is it? Nobody called me, Billy doesn’t believe Jill’s that sick. You’re both so stubborn, a frustrated Sally leaves in tears. Not now and NOT with you, she brushes past Adam at the revolving door. What did you do to her this time? he walks over to confront Billy.
Devon throws a hissy fit about Billy being out of control. Abby knows her uncle Billy undermined his sister – but Cane and Phyllis are the ones we should be mad at. My family will make it hurt, she’s sure.
