Phyllis emits a small sigh of relief when reading a text from Cane; It’s official, victory is ours. She looks up as Nick glares from the revolving door.

As luck would have it, security footage caught everything except the one blind spot where Dom was taken. He’s holding the person’s hand and wasn’t scared, Devon points out. Did someone we know take our son??? Abby wonders.

Filling Daniel and Tessa in, Devon shows them a photo of the scarf they thought was their nanny’s. OMG! Tessa gasps. Wait, do you recognize it!? Abby’s stunned.

Cane hates to think that anything he did is responsible for Jill’s health decline. Billy doesn’t blame him – but what’s going on here could trigger her. What are you suggesting? Cane scoffs – return everything to Victor?!
Oh yeah, Phyllis recalls Nick’s warning, ‘I’m going to grind you to dust’. No, that wasn’t the pain meds talking, he assures. Phyllis is done taking his insults. Not surprised that Mariah didn’t answer Abby’s call, Tessa confides that she was in a clinic in Boston – then checked herself out. She’s not answering my calls either. The last time Tessa checked her app, Mariah was in Florida. Mariah refused to see her, so she left it in a suitcase with a staff member at the clinic. How would the scarf get from Boston to GC if not with Mariah? Abby concludes.

Devon gets a call – are you sure it was them? Hanging up, he announces that security footage shows a kid leaving the motel with a woman. Let’s go! he and Abby run out.
