Rejoining Claire on the rooftop restaurant, Holden confirms that Victor isn’t involved in Lily and the twins – which means they’re free to have fun doing touristy things.
Phyllis tells Billy that he’s not getting Chancellor because Cane’s pulling the plug. She does have a way for him to get the company – but we have to act fast.
Cane tells Victor – you win – show me that Lily and the twins have safely been released and you’ll have your company back.
