Sally wants to know the when and how. There was some back stabbing and a double cross, Billy explains that Cane’s out and Phyllis has control of the Newman empire. Sally’s NOT impressed – you did to Victor and Cane exactly what Victor and Jill did to YOU. ‘Payback’s a bitch’, Billy shrugs it off. Yeah, but now instead of one enemy, you have two, Sally points out.
Adam reads Chelsea’s ‘eloquent’ letter out loud – it’s beautiful. She just wrote what was in her heart. He pretends he doesn’t have anything for her then pulls an envelope out from under his plate.
Noah wants to eat burgers, then go pack up Sienna’s place. It’s Valentine’s Day – a perfect time to start a new beginning.
This is everything I was afraid of – you going dark, Sally fumes. There’s no victims here, Billy feels that Victor and Cane got what they deserve. It was Phyllis who screwed them over, not me. God, what do you want from me?! ‘Not this’, Sally’ exasperated. Billy can’t do this anymore – when did ambition become such a bad thing!?!
Audra has nothing to hide or be afraid of. Kyle doesn’t believe it, and neither does Claire. When he stands to leave, Audra gives him the eye – you keep coming back for more – you enjoyed what happened in Nice. She’s beginning to think that Kyle’s obsessed with (and wants) her. You will never have me, she gets in his face. Kyle kisses her passionately.

Sienna asks Noah to dance with her. Surprised fellow patrons and a puzzled waiter watch. Whaddaya say? Noah asks again. Come with me? ~kiss~
Back at Society, Kyle ends the kiss to say ‘you’ll never have me but you wish you could’. Putting money on the bar, he tells the bartender ‘the lady will pay for her own drink’. Hmmm – Audra’s left to smile and look pleased with herself.
Billy shouts – yeah, I want it all, and so did you! I’ve always supported you; but the woman who supposedly loves me doesn’t support ME the same way. I can’t live like this!! he marches out of the room, leaving Sally in tears.
