I don’t own Chancellor, Billy tells them that there’s a delay with the contract. Diane just wants her husband home – find a way to make it happen!
Back in his cabin, Jack calls out again – it’s getting stuffy in here. Let’s talk face to face, over a Scotch. Maybe we can make a deal. Hello? Is anyone there??
Now that you have your name on a company, what’s your next challenge? Holden knows it bothers Audra that Kyle and Claire are back together. She has no interest in Kyle – he makes my skin crawl. Do it for payback then, Holden persists.

None of this will matter but it’s all you’ll have in the end! Daniel heads for the door. You’re not leaving, Phyllis blocks him.

Asked why she hooked up with Kyle, Audra claims that she was bored – and Kyle was clever, sneaky and up for a good time. Holden encourages her to show Kyle what he missed out on. Audra doesn’t want to piss off Sally or Billy; she won’t come between Claire and Kyle and has no time to pursue a man she doesn’t even want. Are you afraid to try? Holden challenges.
Why would Victor do this? Jack knows he’s ‘spiralling’ after losing Newman and Chancellor but that has nothing to do with me. This is about Billy, he realizes.
Blocking the door, Phyllis wants to talk about something else. Let’s take a walk. Daniel’s refusing when Billy arrives with Diane and Kyle. You need to sign Chancellor over to me – now.
Still at Society, Holden knows there’s a thin line between love and hate; Kyle can’t get you out of his mind. You’re a sucker, Audra scoffs. Sure she was the best sex of Kyle’s life, Audra knows she can make him beg. There’s the Audra I know, Holden’s pleased.
Billy needs to own Chancellor free and clear. After Diane and Kyle go to wait in the car, Daniel asks – what’s this about?
Don’t give in to Victor, Jack silently hopes Billy doesn’t let him win. That sonofabitch! he knocks stuff off a side-table. When a woman walks in (her back to the camera) Jack’s astonished – what the hell are YOU doing here?!
Arriving at Society with his Mom, Kyle looks over at Audra. He just challenged you, Holden teases – tell me you didn’t just take his clothes off in your mind. The chemistry is still there. You need to be with someone who thinks just like you – and he’s sitting right over there. Fine, Holden admits that Claire got under his skin – he’s not giving up on her. Please, help me out – we can both get what we want. Audra finally agrees – I’m in.
Diane resents the bond Jack has with Nikki. If there’s a chance she can save him, she’s willing to go to her and beg; anything to bring Jack home safely. He’s in danger, she’s convinced. Kyle believes Billy can get through to Phyllis – he has to.
After Daniel leaves, Phyllis scolds Billy. You interrupted a possible family reunion – this better be good.
How the hell are YOU here? Jack asks. Nice to see you too, Patty Williams smiles.
