Working for Phyllis will make you a target, Mike warns – we know what happens to people who challenge Victor. Lauren won’t be intimidated. She’s deeply sorry for her dear friend Nikki but won’t shed a tear for Victor.

No! that’s not what Billy wanted. Phyllis did it to save Jack. You should have called when you found him! (living it up on a yacht!) Ahe doesn’t care if Victor got Chancellor – she got the rest of the company. I trusted you, Billy’s pissed. This isn’t over. He’s not threatening her – it’s Victor who’ll come after you. Phyllis will be ready.

Sienna explains why she thought Matt was seeing someone in Vegas. He’d get texts from someone saved in his contacts as ‘R’. Listing Matt’s crimes, Sienna thinks cheating ‘trite’ by comparison.

No, Adam won’t be talked out of this. Nick appreciates the risk his brother’s taking. If Matt’s connected with Risa, he may have told her about our family. She’s smart and can be dangerous. Adam will convince her he needs to play cards because the Newman’s lost their companies. Nick should lay low (which doesn’t go over well)

Noah knows it can’t be easy for Sienna to think of Matt cheating on her. Well, who am I to throw stones? she quips. No, Sharon doesn’t think Sienna’s stupid – Matt could be convincing and even charming. Noah won’t let him hurt them again.

Nick’s plan is to hit the street. And risk tipping off Matt? Let me get the lay of the land, Adam tells Nick to cool his hothead tendencies. You can deal with Matt as you see fit AFTER we arrange a meeting.

Lauren doesn’t see why Phyllis should be seen as greedy and unscrupulous while Victor’s viewed as brilliant. Mike’s not taking sides and doesn’t want Lauren to either. But she felt energized when running Newman Media for Nikki. Mike loves how enthralled she is – and you don’t need my permission. Damn right I don’t, Lauren grins.

Billy joins Sally at Society with bad news – Jack’s fine physically but is devastated because Diane moved out. More bad news, Phyllis signed Chancellor back to Victor. She thought she was doing the right thing (saving Jack) I lost it – again, Billy sighs.

I love what you’ve done with the place, Mike praises Phyllis’ new office but warns that Victor won’t just roll over. You’ve taken everything from him. He’ll never be satisfied with just Chancellor. Annoyed with Mike, Phyllis assumes Lauren’s not accepting her offer.

Billy believes Phyllis would rather he got Chancellor over Victor; she didn’t mean to screw me over. He won’t ask Sally to change the new company name. There’s room for you at Spectra Charles, she offers.

Adam now has Risa’s number. He’ll be careful not to spook her and regain her trust. Nick agrees – we can’t tip Matt off.

Sharon agrees – Matt could be anywhere, maybe even in GC. After she excuses herself, Noah tells Sienna that Matt wouldn’t risk coming back to GC. On cue, he gets a text; ‘Make the most of your remaining days. I’ll see you soon.’

If you’re serious about giving up on Chancellor, take some time to think about what you want to do with your future (not just careerwise) , Sally encourages Billy to go see Jill in London; chart a better path for yourself. He’ll think about it. Thanks for loving me ~kiss~

Mike will support Lauren no matter what she decides. But, when the offer is accepted and the overjoyed girlfriends hug, he looks quite disappointed.

On the patio, Noah types out a reply – ‘quit being a coward. Show your face.’ He tells Sienna that he wants to be the one to end this. Inside, Sharon gets a call from Nick. Adam’s going to convince Risa that he needs money so wants back into high-stakes game.

Risa, it’s your old friend Spyder. I’m in town, call me.

Nick tells Sharon that he hopes Adam’s ready for this. Once he makes that call, there’s no turning back.

I’d love to see you if you’re free, Adam ends the voicemail to Risa and earns an approving nod from Nick.

Next Week: Chris is with Sharon at the club. There’s a reason I wanted to meet with you alone – I need help with Mariah …..Nick calls Noah to update ‘we haven’t found Matt yet we’ve planted some seeds. Adam’s made the appropriate connection’….. Not the warm welcome I expected, Adam finds himself looking down the barrel of a gun. Hands behind your head, Risa orders. Seriously? Adam scoffs. Now! Risa demands.
