Victor told Billy that Lily and the twins are safe. He blames Cane; you deserve this, Lily and the kids don’t. Maybe they’ve been released and just don’t want anything to do with you.
Knowing Victor enjoyed getting Chancellor back (at Jack’s expense) Nikki and Claire agree that he won’t stop until he gets everything back. My Mom went to see Summer in Milan, Claire knows that her grandpa’s legacy is his marriage – can’t you just try? No, Nikki’s too mad and might say something that can’t be unsaid.
Back on the patio, Cane doesn’t believe Lily wouldn’t call him, or Devon. Maybe she did (call Devon) and told him not to tell you, Billy knows Victor wouldn’t hurt her and finds it rich that Cane expects honesty and forgiveness from everyone.
