When Victor opens his front door, a furious Jack doesn’t know whether to punch or strangle the sonofabitch!
Daniel takes Tessa’s silence as indication that she plans to work things out with Mariah. She feels so conflicted; on one hand her wife wants to get better and come home – on the other hand are her feelings for Daniel. Holding hands across the table, Daniel assures her that they can stay friends.
Kyle consoles his Mom – Dad was drugged; he hates what he did with his whole heart. Diane’s heart can’t accept what she walked in on. She’s not sure she can forgive Jack and can’t just wish this away.
Inviting Nikki in, Traci informs that Jack’s not home. Nikki just saw Patty and Diane in a confrontation at the club. Why is Diane staying there? Traci can only say that Jack’s had a ‘hellish’ few days (which Nikki blames Victor for)
Jack confronts Victor for having his goons abduct him, then siccing the mentally unstable Patty on him. Yes, Victor does know what happened – he knows the depths of Jack’s depravity. You WILL pay! Jack shouts. Bring it on! Victor’s left to smirk to himself.
When Mariah returns to CL’s to ask to speak to Tessa privately, Daniel’s left to look sadly at Chris and Sharon.
Appreciating Nikki’s concern for her brother, Traci can only hope his and Diane’s love is strong enough to survive whatever happened. When Jack slams in, Nikki jumps up to hug him. Yes, Jack’s home safe – but your husband’s scheme did some damage. Victor’s gone too far this time, she says for the umpteenth time.
Diane tells Kyle about Patty rubbing it in her face – maybe Jack took drugs willingly; maybe they both did. No, Kyle believes his Dad; he’s adamant that he was set up. This is classic Victor – he wants you to doubt Dad. You HAVE to know that.
On the phone with Nick, Victor’s optimistic that Adam will have success with Risa leading them to Matt. Keep me informed. Ending that call, he tells security to ‘send her in’. Hello Victor, a refreshed-looking Lily greets him.
An overly excited Sharon offers Daniel hot chocolate with extra marshmallows, then goes to fetch Chris some tea. Daniel knows he’s doing the right thing. This has to hurt like hell, Chris is proud of him
On the patio, Mariah has good news – the Judge accepted the deal and she’s going to a psychiatric hospital for treatment. The bad news? She’s still torn and feels she needs to be punished. Tessa will be there for her wife every step of the way – this is the right thing.
