As Tessa and Daniel’s song ends, Danny joins them to applaud. Saying they need a bigger venue and some more original songs, he offers to produce their album.

Back at the park cafe, Sharon tries to get through to Phyllis (who owns her decisions – to hell with everyone else) Do you hear yourself? Sharon thinks this all leads back to Martin.

Welcoming her guests, Risa introduces them to Spyder.

Joe brings another dealer over to see Nick. How can I help you? the youngster walks in. I think we both know the answer to that, Nick says.

Danny invites Daniel and Tessa to his private event in Barcelona. It’s just a few days – what could it hurt??

Phyllis chides Sharon for not calling her on the one year anniversary of them being left in a cell to die. Sharon had a lot going on. Phyllis doesn’t agree that they ‘won’. You’re trying to get away from a maniac – again, and both my kids hate me – again. Martin’s in a cell somewhere laughing his ass off.

Risa deals and watches as Spyder annoys his opponents by winning hand after hand. Welcome back Spyder, she grins.

The preppy drug dealer pats Nick down. How much is he thinking? Nick’s having a get together; he needs enough for six or seven people. Let’s get you hooked up, the kid grins.

Tessa’s in. Daniel’s up for the trip but won’t commit to performing. Danny will work on him on the flight to Barcelona.

Given a baggie of pills and a bonus baggie of white powder, Nick asks the kid if he knows Mitch McCall. No.

After Risa shows the sore losers out, Adam assumes he passed her test and is eager to make some money. She has a partner now so doesn’t have the final word. Who is it? Adam wonders.

We DID win, Sharon tells Phyllis that they get to feel gratitude and hope every day. She cares about Phyllis – what do you really want from this path you’re on? Phyllis wants it all.

Danny tells his two favourite people that he’s going to go get coffee and call his manager. Both Daniel and Tessa look forward to their trip. No, this won’t be awkward. ‘Just friends’ (Daniel looks a little sad)

Phyllis boasts – I’m successful. Victor and the Newmans will be fine – they have investments, property and each other. Unconditional love applies to everyone but me. She appreciates Sharon talking to her – you’re the only person in this town I’d reach out to (though she plans to go it alone and not reach out to anyone)

‘Enjoy your party’, the dealer leaves Nick to look disgusted with himself as he throws his baggies of drugs on the coffee table and looks out the window.

When Spyder went back to his old life, Risa lost her trusted ‘star player’. Having a partner keeps her lifestyle going. Adam wants to meet him. He wants to meet you too. But right now, Risa needs his focus to be on her ~kiss~.
