Sharing a scone, Sally tells Audra that Billy agreed to give up Chancellor for good – at least until after the baby’s born. Hopefully, then, he sees it’s not worth it.

Cozy, Billy comments before announcing a change of plans – Sally and the baby had an emergency. They’re fine, he tells the concerned Lily and Cane. He’s letting Chancellor go – you can keep it. I’ll let you get back to whatever this is, he exits as abruptly as he arrived.

Lily and Cane are glad that Sally and the baby are OK but neither believe that Billy’s given up on Chancellor for good. We need to keep looking for the missing piece to the puzzle.

Billy returns to tell Sally and Audra that he’s giving up on Chancellor completely. OK, temporarily (but there’s no need to give Cane and Lily a heads up) Sally and the baby are most important thing to me.

Knowing that Phyllis is like a dog with a bone, Mike and Lauren decide it’s more likely that she and Matt destroy one another (than her redeeming him)

Naked in bed, Phyllis tells Matt not to downplay who he is and who they are together. When I’m done everyone will see that Matt Clark is the most respected and admired man in GC ~kiss~

My Thoughts: So, not only can visitors access Lily’s condo without being buzzed up – they can also see that her car’s in the garage? It’s surprising she hasn’t been kidnapped for real. Plus, either her or Nate’s apartment has a hidden tunnel to get in and out (which Chelsea was using to come and go when she was ‘confined’ to a wheelchair)…. It’s not like Phyllis to let her man have a shower without her (who can forget her and Nick’s steamy shower scene??) or maybe she didn’t want to go into the bathroom where she killed Jeremy Stark with a pair of scissors…. Call me crazy but she and Matt have chemistry and I like them together. They should still close those crooked blinds… Watching Cane trying to massage Lily as she sat perched on her sofa was a reminder that they have NO chemistry. No wonder Phyllis was able to sink her talons into him so easily. Perhaps they should watch Wedding Crashers for some tips on comedic banter … How did Patty end up in a ‘prison for the criminally insane’ already? Did she have a trial without any of the Abbott’s testifying against her? I guess Chris is too busy hanging out in her husband’s dingy nightclub …. Make up your mind Billy – are you giving up on Chancellor for good, or just until the baby’s born… Uh yes, Audra the problem IS you. Weird that Kyle didn’t make the list of men who’ve moved on without her.
