Over a working lunch at Society, Claire tells Nikki that she and Kyle said ‘I love you’. Hopefully, grandpa won’t ‘retaliate’ when she moves in with Kyle.
When Lauren praises Chelsea on her fine work at Marchetti, Chelsea could really use her advice. They agree to meet at CL’s in a half hour.
At the club’s bar, Billy tells Sally that she was right and that he and Phyllis have gone separate ways.
Billy now knows that Phyllis has some healing to do. He doesn’t blame her for being mad but hiring her would make him a bad friend and businessman. Now, he needs a partner he can trust. Have you seriously been thinking about it? Billy asks.
Nikki’s advice hasn’t changed. Victor might blow up and let it go or pull one of his ‘protective’ moves. When she offers to talk to him, Claire thinks it best she does it.
Worried that Cole’s coughing isn’t due to a cold he caught on the plane, Vikki really thinks he needs to see a doctor.
