You have no friends or family (who’ll talk to him) in GC, as Adam does – do you enjoy people hating you? The hit pieces will keep coming. So will Cane’s defamation lawsuits. When Lily comes over and Cane goes to sit with her, Chelsea wonders if he no longer wants to blow up the world.
Suddenly remembering about Noah’s accident, Phyllis wonders if that’s why Daniel got drunk – or because of what happened in Boston? When Danny arrives, Phyllis continues to grill him. Things may have gotten a little out of hand, he admits.
Tessa and Daniel are making out in bed when a cop knocks at the door – with an arrest warrant for Mariah, for attempted murder. Her eyes popping open as she sits up, Tessa finds herself alone.
Danny doesn’t need details – Phyllis does – and thinks it’s a problem that Tessa has a room at the club and that they got drunk. Danny believes nothing happened, Phyllis does not. Is your heart hungover too?
Back at the club, Adam and Chelsea discuss what to do for Halloween; Connor wants to throw a party at the ranch, she’s such a proud and relieved Mom. Here’s to ‘the peanut/our amazing boy’ they clink coffee cups.
Cane thanks Lily for coming. When she makes it clear that she’s only there for the AI program, he tells her that he was hacked – it’s gone.

Phyllis claims that Daniel told her about his feelings for Tessa. No, she tricked me, Daniel corrects. Holding his temples as his parents bicker, he’s relieved when his phone rings and Tessa invites him to her suite for breakfast. Phyllis is left to worry to Danny that their son who lost his wife is now falling in love with a married woman.
You look terrible, Tessa lets Daniel in. She talked too much last night – and now. Every time I look at you I can’t stop talking. She understands if he wants to leave. Did you order hash brows? Yes, Tessa smiles.
