For her first Thanksgiving with the Abbott’s, Sally’s made her famous, award-winning pumpkin pie. Uh oh – that’s what Jack sent Billy to Society for. When a frazzled Abby comes out to list everything she has to do before joining the Abbotts for dessert, Billy segues into Abbott Communications; nothing will stop the launch (this time)
Victor’s willing to put an end to this – whatever it takes – I’ll be in touch, he ends a call to tell Adam that he’s stopping someone who should have been stopped a long time ago. Adam assumes it’s regarding their plan to prevent Abbott Communications from launching.
Before plotting Billy’s demise, Victor wants to know what Matt Clark’s been up to since faking his death and resurfacing as Mitch Bacall. He hasn’t been able to reach Nick and Noah’s still missing. Adam’s the only one Victor’s told; no need to ruin everyone’s holiday – he prays Nick’s in control of the situation.
Nick and Sharon find themselves in a ‘God forsaken’ alley behind an abandoned building. Flashback to Nick marching into Sharon’s suite to throw Matt up against the door.

Victor offered Jill way over market value for her stake in AC – she claims she has no stake in the company. Adam has the paperwork to prove she is. Since we can’t get her to pull funding the night of the launch, Adam assumes his father will hold off on attacking Jabot. No, Victor’s still going after Jack. Nikki, Chelsea and Vikki interrupt. Back from their walk, Nikki worries there’s something Nick’s not telling her.
Rummaging through debris in the alley, Sharon becomes emotional when Faith texts. Flashback to Matt saying he’s calling the shots/making the rules. Noah! Nick calls out for Noah while Sharon says a quick prayer. Take a look at this! Nick shouts.
Reassured that Noah’s fine, Nikki declares the turkey in the oven to be the biggest they’ve ever had. After Adam and Victor agree not to discuss business, Vikki announces that she’s invited a friend over for cocktails – Nate. Nikki’s fine with it, Victor – not so much.
Deciding they won’t drop either pie off at the food bank, Sally worries about Billy’s sisters and Diane. It’ll be fine, he reassures as they head out with pies in hand.
