At CL’s, Nick tells Sharon that his Dad has a plan (that he and Vikki aren’t in on) His Mom feels like she let Katherine down. And how are YOU? Sharon asks.
Meeting in the park, Noah’s ready to follow the woman he loves to the ends of the earth (or LA) Sienna doesn’t think it’s a good idea.
At home, Devon tells Nate that Abby’s upstairs and hopefully sleeping; he won’t sleep until Dom’s home. Nate recalls coaching Mariah through childbirth – she made peace with giving him up – what changed her mind now?
Dom fast asleep in the back, Ian appears in the passenger seat to keep Mariah company.
Sienna’s used to taking care of herself – then Noah came along and made her feel safe – she let her guard down; it’s not a terrible feeling but she doesn’t want Noah to leave the family who loves him and sure his family will soon be as crazy about her as he is.
Phyllis was a Newman; Summer IS a Newman (her Mom blew her legacy apart) Nick grumbles. Sharon believes Phyllis knows that what she’s done is wrong. Not this time, Nick’s done rescuing her – but Cane’s first in line.
Mariah’s been dealing with psychological issues – she distanced herself from her family after Ian’s return, Devon adds that she checked herself into (and out of) a facility in Boston. Nate wonders if taking Dom was a reset for her. Devon’s only comfort is that Mariah loves him.
Ian’s sure Dom will soon forget about Devon and Abby – YOU will be his rock. I thought you’d abandoned me, Mariah pout. My child, I’d never do that, he reassures.
Noah’s willing to go back to LA and run the club with Sienna – we’ll make it our own. We’ll live the jetset life between LA and London. All you have to do is say yes.
Devon calls Sharon – it’s urgent but he’d like to see her in person. Agreeing to meet at her place, she hangs up and tells Nick that Devon sounded upset.
Back at the estate, Nate believes that as Mariah’s Mom and a therapist, Sharon will want to bring Dom home – she’ll be devastated but she might have insight into what’s going on in Mariah’s head.
Noah and Sienna are back at the house when Sharon and Nick come home. Noah just ended a call with his grandfather about taking the company jet; he and Sienna are going to LA to run the Shadow Room together. Devon arrives to say he’d like to catch up with Noah but is there to talk to Sharon about his son.
You pushed me to take Dom, Mariah accuses Ian – she hates causing Devon and Abby grief. I’ve taken this little boy from the only life he’s ever known – I don’t know where I’m going; you weren’t there to guide me.
