I’m an equal partner, she claims. Enjoy measuring the blinds, Billy says condescendingly – you’re no partner, you’re a sidekick. Cane appears to announce a change of plans. Anything to do with Chancellor? Billy asks.
Cane asks for an update about Jill (who’s not taking his calls) We’re all praying for her, Phyllis encourages Billy to go be at his Mom’s side. Billy sent the contract back to Cane – what changed? Are you pulling out again? Phyllis sure hopes so.

Over breakfast at Society with Nick and Adam, Victoria doesn’t believe Dad’s levelling with them. Adam reports that Cane’s calling his bluff – and has threatened retaliation. He knows Victor won’t give up until his last breath. Victoria’s plan to nail Phyllis for stealing the AI must stay between the three of us. Behind Dad’s back? Nick’s surprised.
Victor has to give Cane credit for being so protective over his family; he asked for proof that Lily and the kids are alright. Nikki would like to see that proof too, You’re doubting me? Victor scowls.
Claire’s NOT happy to hear that Holden’s business is overseeing the search for Lily and the twins. Victor’s grandson is missing – he couldn’t possibly be behind it. After Holden leaves for his meeting, Claire gets a call – she’s looking to buy art from a certain art dealer.
Nick finds it plausible that Lily would go along because she’s pissed at Cane – Adam thinks she struck a deal (for Chancellor) That would crush Mom, Victoria worries.
Nikki doesn’t want to doubt Victor – but knows he sometimes does and says anything to get what he wants.
