At CL’s, Sharon’s not surprised to hear that Dom’s doing OK; Mariah would never hurt him, she frowns. What was Mariah thinking? Chelsea asks – How did she expect this to end?

When Cane arrives at the ranch, Victor chortles – Let me guess, Billy and Phyllis screwed you over. How does it feel? Nikki purses her lips.

Sally joins Adam at the bar to make clear she had nothing to do with what Billy and Phyllis did. She’s really sorry and won’t take a ‘victory lap’ because her ‘side’ won. Folding Newman Media into Abbott Communications was Billy’s idea. He did what?? Adam’s pissed.

Billy’s flashing back to his argument with Sally when Nick appears in his living room. I don’t need an invitation – all rules went out the window when you decided to mess with my family!

Chelsea’s sorry – she sympathizes with Mariah and Sharon (I don’t know how you’re still standing after all you’ve been through). Sharon’s ‘wobbly but upright’. What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger, they agree.

‘It doesn’t feel very good’ but Cane doesn’t think Nikki should gloat – we’re all on the same sinking boat. He’s in denial that Billy’s working with Phyllis and demands Victor let Lily and the kids go. Victor refuses – it’s up to you to make things right.

Sally’s sorry – she thought Adam knew about Newman Media; losing it to Billy must sting. Victor will crush Billy and Phyllis – their power trip will be a short one, Adam’s sure. There’s tension between Billy and I, Sally admits.

Leg still bothering you? Billy isn’t afraid of Nick – knocking the Nemwans on their ass is long overdue. Nick’s sure they’ll come back bigger and stronger than ever. Billy lives in the present – and today is pretty sweet.

Did Billy screw you over too? Adam asks. No, he only cares about Chancellor; Sally’s not worried about him taking AC; she has an iron clad contract. And let’s not pretend Victor’s guiltless – this shouldn’t come as a surprise. How much longer are you going to put up with him? Adam asks.

The Newmans are a bunch of sore losers – you’re out, me and Phyllis are in – deal with it, Billy gloats. Nick smirks. This is why you always lose – you get too emotional. This won’t end any differently for you.

Take it out on ME! Lily and my kids are bystanders! Cane shouts. He then appeals to Nikki – you can’t be OK with this! Victor vows he’ll never see Lily and the twins again if he doesn’t get what he wants. I hate this, Nikki wavers after Cane leaves.

It’s my problem and my business, Sally knows the Newmans will fight for their company. Yes, and that’s why Adam hopes she’s done with Billy. Anything or anyone connected to him will be fair game, he suggests Sally look out for herself.
