At CL’s, Sally’s on the phone giving instructions to rebrand the merged communication companies as Spectra Charles Media. Chelsea approaches to ask how she feels about Billy illegally stealing Newman companies (which now leaves Chelsea without a job)
Nick and Victoria are at the main house (while Victor’s out searching for Phyllis) Victoria plans to go to Milan to use Summer’s ‘unhappiness’ against Phyllis. Not getting the response she expected, she asks – who are you and what have you done with my brother?
Audra and Noah reminisce about fun times they had together. She IS celebrating something – co-running a company with her friend.
You’re really OK with what Billy and Phyllis did? Chelsea’s pissed. Just wanting to do her job, Sally’s sorry that Chelsea’s collateral damage – but Adam deserves it. Sally really is sorry – it was not my decision. Billy made a play and got what he wanted. Chelsea realizes that Sally’s not OK with what Billy did.
Nick doesn’t want Summer involved. It didn’t feel right when he told Summer what her mother has done. Nick does NOT have compassion for Phyllis – he loves Summer and won’t try to turn her against her mother. Victoria’s plan is for Summer to pretend to cut her off (from Harrison too) Come with me, Victoria implores.
Nick thinks they should wait and see if Dad’s plan works. No one fights harder than he does. Victoria worries that this might kill him. You’ll never convince Summer to turn on her Mom, Nick adds that Phyllis doesn’t see this as a wrong – she sees this as justice against our Father.
Toasting herself, Audra speaks glowingly of her co-CEO. We both have a lot to prove. Hearing the name Spectra, Noah’s smile vanishes – Billy stole Newman Media; your fresh start is running an illegally acquired company – how do you feel about that??
When Chelsea says that Billy’s his own worst enemy, Sally doesn’t need Billy explained to her. Chelsea can no longer give Billy the benefit of the doubt – a lot of people will be hurt, especially Billy. Can we work together to save him?
