At Society, after ‘one of those days’, Billy reassures Kyle – everyone’s safe. Maybe he’s trying to convince himself because he doesn’t know what he’d do without Jack.

Jack wakes up to find Diane at his side – where she plans to stay.

The Abbott sisters have brought Lauren back to the house (after visiting Jack) What a nightmare this has been. And a miracle, Traci adds.

Jack and Diane look forward to their happily ever after ~kiss~

Over Scotch, Kyle relives finding his Dad bleeding on the floor. No one could replace Jack, Billy couldn’t lead the family; maybe it’ll be you – you saved your Mom; you have Jack in you. Kyle’s surprised; this isn’t how our conversations usually go (Billy takes blame for that)

Unwinding over wine, the three ladies talk. Jack wouldn’t leave them without a fight.

Jack wants to be back home with his family (including Diane) They exchange loving words and even manage to joke about Patty.

Lauren regrets not treating Traci better as teens. Yes, seeing Jack in the hospital makes her think of Jill. She’s doing well and tough as nails, Ashley reassures – as Traci has a flashback of John dispensing wise, loving words.

When Abby arrives at Memorial, Diane bids Jack ‘good night’ and leaves her to hug her Uncle.

Continuing to bond with his suddenly supportive Uncle, Kyle puts it out there that ‘someone has to pay for my father almost dying’ (he wants revenge)

Jack chokes up as he tells Abby that Diane looked at him with love in her eyes. We need some happy endings, Abby insists she’s fine. I’m here now, talk to me – make me feel valued, Jack encourages. Not wanting to burden him, Abby will only say that ‘Devon’s going through a rough patch’.

After having her own flashback of John, Ashley fights back tears. The three ladies then decide to go raid the wine cellar and kitchen. It’s girls night!

Kyle doesn’t want revenge against Patty – the person who needs to pay is Victor. Billy gets it; he’s your Moby Dick.
