Nick sees the photos of Vikki with Travis – what the hell, you had her followed!? Luca’s looking out for the company. He didn’t use these against Vikki – she doesn’t even know I have these. Luca’s on the up and up – this bartender might be a problem for ‘us’. There’s no us – ever, but you ARE going to do something for me, Nick growls.

Ian promises to paint Victor in the worst light on the stand – it’ll be a tour de force. Then a well-timed tear. Haven’t I convinced you that I’m convincing? Mike will speak with is client. And I will see you in court, Ian crows.

Still in bed, Adam shares his plan to get back at his Father – living a good life with Chelsea and Connor. It’ll drive Victor crazy. No more trying to get even, no more begging for his approval. Adam’s chosen Chelsea and Connor (and is rewarded with more kissing)

Now back home, Dylan gets a call from Paul – James won’t be of much help, he’s dead. Looks like suicide (he’s calling from a suite at the club)

Now seated on the rooftop deck, Luca’s sent a photo from his PI (Travis looks like he’s modeling suits) Seems Travis was a WallStreet guy. Looks like Vikki’s man has some secrets of his own.

You’re kind and sensitive, a good person – Vikki’s asking Travis for a second chance. There’s something between us. Yeah, but maybe it’s more trouble than it’s worth (Travis walks to the jukebox and plays a song they can sway too) We’re closed, he calls out as he hears the door. So this is what you’ve been hiding, Nick scowls.

Next: Phyllis warns Luca – Leave town while you can. Or just imagine what I could do to a delicate flower like you …. Our lab technician will be unable to testify. He’s dead, Adam guesses. How could you possibly know that? Mike wonders …. Victor throws Ian against the wall and punches him in the stomach.

My Thoughts: How can Paul possibly get access to a lab tech’s bank records? What reason would he have to get a warrant – and how irresponsible for letting that information be overheard and talked about. Doesn’t the prosecution have to be privy to this info also? Couldn’t James have inherited his money? If he saved (as he claims) there should be a long history of deposits to a savings account, not a lump sum from Victor. And why is it even notable that James rented a suite at the club? It’s more unbelievable the amount of people who rent a suite that don’t even need one; the Ashby’s, Nikki, Ben, Jack and Phyllis etc. etc. … How did Adam (who should be in a cell himself) manage to get Ian removed from solitary confinement? He has absolutely no pull at Walworth or with the Warden … Why isn’t Nick even more pissed that Luca’s having his sister followed. Not by any stretch of the imagination is that appropriate or necessary for conducting business. What will Vikki think? What will Summer think? Oh wait, Summer’s not thinking when it comes to Luca.
