Luca tells Nick that he used to put his own needs first. But now he wants to be part of something bigger – Summer made me realize I can be part of a real family, and the company. Vikki sees that I have something to contribute. As Nick says no way, Vikki arrives to confirm – she does have a new appreciation for Luca and his talents.
Look me in the eye and tell me this guy’s reliable, Nick challenges. Vikki says that Luca’s provided solid strategies. She’s hired him as a consultant behind the scenes. Nick wonders if Vikki’s also OK with Luca living with Summer. Vikki’s surprised – but they’re both adults. Luca vows to make Summer happy. Will you give him another chance? Summer asks her Father.
Dr Gates is back in the infirmary – with Victor (to whom she owes an explanation)
Back at the club, Adam can tell that Dr Gates is brainwashed by Victor. Thanked for coming anyway, Dylan leaves Adam to tell Chelsea that Judge Gates isn’t as easily fooled as his daughter. The meeting was a disaster – but this might not be (getting an alert on his phone, Adam drags Chelsea off somewhere)
Paul’s also surprised by something he sees on his laptop – what’s this about?
Nick doesn’t want to lose the daughter he loves so much. He’ll try to get onboard. Both Summer and Luca thank Nick and leave him to question Vikki – what does Luca have on you?

Dylan joins Sharon (and Sully) at the park. As she wheels him off to see the ducks, Dylan gets a call from Paul – he may have proof that Victor paid someone to alter the autopsy report. You have a new lead? Chelsea appears to ask. Dylan can’t talk about it (so leaves Chelsea to make a call – I need to see you right away)
Being ‘intimate’ with Victor was too overwhelming for Meredith. It was completely unprofessional and inappropriate. I should stay away. But then Adam tried to convince me that you’re framing him for murder. I believe YOU. You wouldn’t lie to me about something so serious. Adam was so angry. Victor wonders why Meredith came all the way back to tell him that. The emotional doctor kisses him.
Ian’s summoned Adam for a visit – your day’s about to get a whole lot better.
