Standing by a large display of Tessa’s album cover, Devon wonders what’s keeping Abby. On cue, Tessa and Mariah welcome Abby and Chance – we wouldn’t miss it for the world.
Mariah heard they signed the custody agreement – it’s so nice to see you guys made peace. Abby tries to steer the conversation to the engaged couple they’re there to celebrate. Mariah thinks the bumps they experienced along the way makes their bond even stronger. You’ll forever be included, Abby assures Mariah.
Now it’s time for everyone to make funny faces and use funny props to have their photo taken. Despite Nick’s effort, Noah doesn’t participate. Back inside, Sharon asks if Chance got a therapist (having heard he’s going back to work) Abby thinks everything’s working out; Chance is connecting with Dom.
Chance and Rey banter about taking their partnership to the streets tomorrow. He declines Abby’s suggestion that he put off work for a bit longer.
After Moses and Faith write on the board, they give the marker to Noah. Writers block? Mariah appears. He assures his sister that there’s nothing to worry about – don’t hate me. The only person Mariah’s upset with is herself.
Mariah reminds that Noah was with Tessa first. She appreciates his understanding and loves him so much she hurts for him. Tessa is awesome – she just wants Noah to be happy. And he wants Mariah and Tessa to be happy – believe that.
Nick asks Abby about the custody agreement with Devon. No, it wasn’t an easy decision but Dom has so much love in his life. I’m always here if you need me, Nick’s rewarded with a hug.
Sharon clinks her glass to get everyone’s attention; we’re the first to hear Tessa’s debut album. Does everyone hear that music? Mariah plays it in her head all the time. They look blissfully happy. Noah looks depressed. Abby signs best wishes from her, Chance and Dom AKA Bowie. After all stop dancing, Noah wants to say a few words. Sharon and Nick look nervous.
Noah remembers first hearing Tessa sing; the most beautiful thing he ever heard. A love like theirs doesn’t come every day. We should all be so luck. He wants it to last for ever. Everyone raise a glass – Mariah and Tessa – prove that dreams do come true. Mariah thanks Noah for the beautiful words; she and Tessa thank everyone for their support. Tessa thanks especially Sharon. Chance and Abby have to leave; Mariah and Tessa thank them for coming. One day we’ll be running home to our little one. On the board, Noah draws a heart. On the sidelines, Tessa looks sad for him.
Coming home, the nanny tells Chance and Abby that Dom slept the entire time they were home. Abby’s not able to wake him up – does he look pale to you???
Mariah and Tessa thank Devon and Amanda (who then leave)
As Tessa and Mariah are dancing on a cloud, Sharon and Nick agree that it’s a good idea to get Noah out of here (since he can’t take his eyes off Tessa)
