In robes, Mariah and Tessa say how much they love their little apartment – with a spare room for a baby/child. They read the messages everyone wrote on the board. Who drew the heart? It’s not signed, Mariah wonders. Oh, that’s from Noah, Tessa informs.

Noah reassures his Dad – he’s with his family and has purpose in his life. Maybe he’ll find what he’s looking for working at New Hope with his Dad. Your Mom and I are always here for you, Nick’s supportive.

Yes, Adam noticed that Sally hugged him in a non-coworker way. She could feel the temperature rise. Adam admits he needed a moment to cool off. Sally wants to address what’s going on between them – she can feel the chemistry. Do you want what I want? Yes, Adam feels the same way.

As Chelsea thanks Rey and Sharon, Nick returns to fill Sharon in on something. They’re on the patio; Chelsea appreciates Rey being so kind to her – seeing her for who she is, it means a lot.

On the patio, Nick tells Sharon that he forced Noah into a Father-Son talk. He basically told me to back off. Sharon worries about Noah; he has a huge heart and wears it on his sleeve.

Tessa’s sure Noah’s heart represents his love for both of them. Mariah knows that – she asked him to draw something. We got all the weirdness out; we’re good (though she still feels bad for her brother) Now, back to us – are you feeling sleepy? Mariah asks. No. More kissing it is then.

Still on the patio, Sharon knows Noah wants to get over Tessa but that’s easier said than done. Nick thinks he just has to learn to cope with it. He told Noah to come to them if he ever needs anything. Yes, Nick really thinks he’ll be OK.

Noah dreams that he’s with Tessa in the decorated coffee shop. It’s all for you, she coos – the words, the songs – everything ~kiss~ He awakens with a start in bed and looks utterly heartbroken.

Chelsea shows Rey a photo of Connor – I wish he could stay this age forever. With very, very little encouragement, she shows him some more. Surprisingly not bored, Rey praises her for raising a happy, healthy kid. He saw him skating at the ranch the other day.

Adam won’t hold back anymore. I want you as much as you want me. But – let’s get you installed at Newman Media first; then we’ll figure out what’s going on between us personally. Disappointed but professional, Sally goes ‘back to work’ (work? on what? the fashion division has moved on without her and she has no idea what a COO does) Good night, Adam – she says politely and leaves.
