Summer’s summoned Kyle to Society to relay her Mom’s explanation for why she and Jack broke up. She couldn’t resist rubbing Diane’s nose in it. My Mom regrets her actions – hopefully, Jack can find it in his heart to forgive her. When Kyle sighs, she asks – what, you don’t think she deserves another chance?
What are the odds? Diane runs into Phyllis in the park. Pretty high since you came to my spa, Phyllis isn’t happy when Diane gloats – Jack’s accepted that she WILL be part of the family.
Sally calls Chloe to ask her to come to the office. It will be worth your while, she promises.
At Newman, Vikki announces that she ‘righted every wrong’. Ashland’s gone and she’s back home for good. When Victor joins the family to welcome Vikki home, Adam isn’t part of the welcome wagon.
Vikki’s sorry for what she put her family through, but she had to make Ashland believe she was willing to turn her back on the company and family. Her plan wouldn’t have worked without those who truly loved her. Adam smirks.
Jack approves of Ally’s friendship with ‘good guy’ Noah – it makes him happy to see her smile (after all she’s been through)
Kyle doesn’t see a way for Phyllis and his Dad to get back together. Summer gets it and worries the truce between their Mothers won’t last.
Back in the park, Diane continues to push Phyllis’ buttons. She’s friends with Mike again, Summer couldn’t be more supportive. At the mention of Jack, Phyllis finally loses her cool. You’re delusional if you think you and Jack will EVER have a romantic relationship! It will NEVER happen. Diane smiles triumphantly.
Diane taunts Phyllis – it must be making you insane that Jack wants nothing to do with you. Everyone can see what’s going on – even your own daughter can see who you are.
Leaving for a meeting, Jack tells Ally to have a fun evening with Noah. Tomorrow she starts work at Jabot. He again pauses at the door to smile as Ally beams at her phone (Noah wants to hang out tonight)
At Newman Media, Chloe can see that Sally’s new job suits her. Confiding a bit about Chelsea, she wonders about this ‘alternative’. Sally would love Chloe to come back and work with her.
Meanwhile, Vikki proudly shares her ‘risky’ plan; she knew Nick would report back that she and Ashland were meeting investors, and that her Dad would block any potential deals.
