Chance surprises Abby at the restaurant with flowers. He wants to take her to the Glam Club for date night. Abby regrets not looking more glamorous; she’s been busy putting fires out in the kitchen – literally.

The Glam Club is hoppin’. Everyone’s having a great time – except Nate.

At CW, Devon tells Lily about his confrontation with Nate – that he was accused of not getting past Neil’s death etc. Wondering if there’s some truth to that, Lily suggests Devon do some soul-searching. As for business, there’s been new developments.

In his suite at the GCAC, Tucker tells Audra that Nikki set him up. He was ambushed by Talia. Clinking their glasses, Tucker tells Audra that they need a new plan of attack.

Though Abby wants to postpone date night, Chance manages to convince her. She runs into the kitchen to clean up.

When Audra suggests a hostile takeover, Tucker balks at the term. He does, however, want her to find a way to ‘set things right’. Katherine’s company should be run by moi (her son) and my son (Devon)

Trying to cheer Nate up and encourage him to share, Noah tells him that his ex is in town. She’s trouble – but he wants to believe that she’s changed. Not seeing their situations as similar, at ALL, Nate just wants to be left alone to drink (and mope over Elena’s number on his phone)

Devon tells Lily that he won’t go ahead with the IPO and that he’ll never forgive Nate. He crossed a line you can’t come back from.

Lily hates this but still wants to go ahead together – with the IPO. Devon still suspects that Tucker’s the CEO Nate was conspiring with (though he denies it) What will you do next? Lily wonders.

Arriving at the Glam Club, Chance and Abby are given the VIP treatment. Asked how Ally is, Noah’s vague. In his head, he relives an argument he had with Audra.

Devon tells Lily that his next move is to finesse some info out of Tucker (who he invites to meet him at the Glam Club)

Toasting one another, Abby and Chance are oh so in love. She’s NOT happy to see Tucker arrive to hug Devon. She won’t let him anywhere near Dom. Nate and Devon lock eyes.

Lily’s on the patio flashing back to telling Nate to get out when Audra appears to show support. Lily feels guilty – she convinced Devon to hire Nate, to merge and then go public. Audra’s advice is to trust no one.

As Devon and Nate continue to stare one another down, Devon tells Tucker that they’re no longer tight.

Devon and Nate have another confrontation. Neil would want new blood, Nate claims. Abby wants to go over to mediate but Chance offers. Enough, he goes over to growl. Nate marches out. Concerned, Noah’s told that there’s no problem.

Briefly mentioning a man in her life who let her down, Audra seems to be sowing seeds of doubt in Lily’s head about Devon. She encourages Lily to go ahead with the IPO. Lily wishes Neil was there.

Abby grumbles about Tucker – Chance just wants to enjoy their date night.

Audra’s working on her laptop at CL’s when Nate comes in to assume he’s public enemy number one with her.

Guessing that Nate’s the traitor at CW, Tucker understands why Devon suspects him – why doesn’t anyone trust me? he whines. It’s your persona, Devon chuckles. That’s why we balance each other out, Tucker is pleased when Devon wants to introduce him to Dom (whom he has on the weekend)

Abby’s more focused on Tucker than enjoying date night with Chance. Getting a text, he quickly reads it before saying it’s not important. Now, let’s go next door to check out Noah’s ‘art installation’ and kiss.

As Tucker continues to play the role of supportive Father, Devon confides that Nate sold them out – he’s malicious to the family.

You just missed Lily, Audra tells Nate. She’s not his enemy and in fact, admires his creativity. Oh, and the IPO’s off.

Audra strokes Nate’s ego and wants the inside scoop – she appreciates him taking chances. Now, why did you do it? Nate won’t share any inside info – he’s learned from his mistakes.

Tucker and Devon have a good talk. Devon’s again gently advised to think about whether his concern for Neil’s company/legacy is affecting his business decisions (because no one can measure up to Neil)

Is Nate right? Tucker cautions Devon to deal with his issues before it takes Chancellor Winters down.
