Phyllis has followed Summer all the way to Society to demand an answer – are you firing me?
At CL’s, Sharon gives Chelsea attitude when asking why she didn’t go with Connor to the park. Why do you look so uncomfortable?
I’m fine, Chelsea insists – really. OK, it feels strange to be out in the world, she admits. Sharon encourages her to leave the comfort of the coffee shop.
Nikki wants Nick to take some meetings to demonstrate leadership. But what she really takes issue with is her son’s social life.
Nikki shares Victor’s concerns about Sally. Didn’t you read your Father’s dossier on her? She faked a terminal illness. Does Nick really want to bring another Ashland Locke into the family??
Sharon’s so proud of the progress Chelsea’s making. When Vikki appears, Chelsea’s reminded that she has more people to make amends to.
Phyllis didn’t tell Stark anything about Diane. My own daughter doesn’t believe me, she again blames Diane for bringing him to town. You don’t trust her either, she reminds Summer.
Nick defends Sally – she’s learned from her mistakes. Everything worked out regarding Summer working in Milan. She’ll see that I’m happy and that’s all that will matter. Am I interrupting? Sally appears in Vikki’s office.
Nikki having left, Nick downplays what Sally walked in on. She’s there to ask his opinion of her business plans. I like what I see – on the tablet, he clarifies (after looking her up and down) He loves her smile and she finds him very sexy.
Back at CL’s, Chelsea manages not to look at Vikki’s weird hair part. Though in a bit of a rush (to go on her business trip) she can spare a few minutes.
Sending Phyllis a drink, Adam jokes that she might want to take the conversation somewhere private. Phyllis shouts for his benefit – Why should I be punished when the inevitable is going to happen? Stop it! Summer hisses – maybe there’s more at play here than you know.
Chelsea brings Vikki upstairs to deliver a long-overdue apology; starting in Myanmar – coming to GC to destroy her and Billy’s marriage – then selfishly telling Johnny that she’s his bio-Mom.
