Victor thinks Devon wants HW back because he’s worried about CW going public. He understands it. Perhaps Jill didn’t think this through. I don’t know what I’m doing? Jill huffs. Whoa – no reason to get defensive. You’ll like what I have to propose, Victor’s sure.

Amanda points out that there’s nothing in the contract stating that the newly merged company would always remain private. Mr Hamilton’s asking court to assist him in a breach of contract. He wants to break his promise. He wants to throw it all away.

Audra’s done a deep dive of Vikki’s life. Ashland Locke was a real piece of work. She’s married a few of those. One former partner has an interesting story. He disappeared then came back; violent, dangerous. Elena knows that to be JT Hellstrum.

Amanda reviewed the contract and found it favorable to Mr Hamilton. Now he wants to move in a new direction. You’re not allowed to do that; to change the rules in the middle of the game. It’s not how business or life works. There’s only one person guilty of changing the agreement – YOU. Keep it together, Chris hisses when Devon calls for a break.

Victor’s thought of taking NE public but wouldn’t bring strangers in – unless he needed money. If that’s what this is about, there are more creative ways to raise money. You and Devon should maintain control of the company by bringing in a private investor who’d stay out of making decisions. You have someone in mind, Jill assumes.

Elena didn’t know JT but knows of him. He almost killed, Vikki, Nikki and Sharon, then was diagnosed with a brain tumor. Audra thinks JT would be an interesting case study. He was recently released from prison. JT deserves to have his story told – on your Medical podcast.

At CL’s, Amanda opines that the case is going well – how are you feeling? Lily’s torn. She wants to win but not hurt Devon. You were attacking him personally. Amanda understands that Lily’s conflicted but Devon brought this on himself.

Audra suggests Elena invite JT to town to interview him about his medical history for the reboot of her podcast. Elena won’t exploit anyone for ratings. It’ll be healing, for everyone and you could work directly with Nate. Final bonus – Audra thinks maybe a love like Vikki and JT’s never dies.might have an impact on Vikki. Maybe a love like theirs never dies.

Vikki asks Nate if there’s a problem. He’s having a hard time focusing – Lily and Devon’s arbitration starts today. He’s worried about his cousins and wishes there was soemthign he could do for them.

At Society, Chris scolds Devon for calling a recess – that’s my job. Amanda’s enjoying this, he gripes. Their strategy is working because you’re letting it. Devon knows Amanda wants everything he’s built to burn to the ground.

You can’t explode in there, Chris warns Devon – that’ll give Lily and Amanda what they want. The arbitrator might side with them. Did you get a read on her? Is it bad? Devon frets.

Elena likes topic for her podcast and that she’d be working with Nate on it – and that it might shift Vikki’s focus away from Nate. The downside? Toying with people’s emotions is wrong. She can’t have others relive their trauma so that she can keep her boyfriend. Elena thanks Audra for the insight and conversation. You’ve given me a lot to think about.

Vikki gets why Nate wants things right in his family. Convincig Nick to come back is one of her sucesses. She’s happy that he’s making amends for what he did and hopes he can heal the rift in the family. His moral compass is a nice change of pace. Don’t feel guulty about how things unraveled between Lily and Devon. Nate appreciates that but you’re the only one who feels that way.

Lily isn’t sure this is the right way to go about this. Was Devon working as hard. Daniel said I have every right to preserve the company. He’s ripping it apart. Like the way he ripped your relationship apart? Yes, and yes – she’s using their relationship to our advantage. It shouldn’t be about you getting back at him. You agreed to my methods. It’s too late to back out now. Let me work my way – this is where I thrive. You may be torn but Jill’s not. I intend to deliver.

Devon’s playing with a weak hand, Victor believes Jill will win. But now that Devon’s involved with Abby, he wants Neil’s legacy to pass on to his grandson. And, that’s why he’s willing to offer the money Jill feels CW deserves.
