Nick and Sharon are back at her house. He’s frantically checking the windows; being ‘proactive’. Calm down – Sharon doesn’t want to alarm Faith. We can’t freak out – we must remain calm and rationale; not make the same mistakes we made with Cameron the last time.

Cameron dons a baseball cap and leaves his suite carrying a backpack.

At Society, Tucker’s tired of hearing about Diane – let’s go right now; anywhere in the world. Not a chance – Ashley won’t walk away from this fight. Tucker jokes that she might strangle Diane and be the one wearing an ankle monitor.

Dancing with Jack at the jazz club, Diane never wants this night to end.

What the hell is Phyllis doing here!? Kyle followed Summer because he was worried. He demands Phyllis turn herself in.

Summer knows this is a huge shock (it was for her too) it’s amazing. After Daniel’s sent outside to guard the room, Phyllis tells Kyle how sorry she is – ‘this is so hard for me’. She wants to make things right.

Diane thanks Jack for his love and patience. You let me back into your life when everyone told you not to. She wants to be worthy of his trust. Jack’s never loved her more. Diane’s found compassion of her own – as angry as she is, she pities Phyllis. When can we get married? Jack asks.

Ashley can’t focus on anything else until she handles Diane (sure she wants money and power and will claw her way to the top at Jabot) So, weaponize the board against Jack to save Jack? Yes, Ashley think it’s the only way.

Faith’s upstairs snuggling with Borgnine. Nick’s still agitated. Sharon thinks it time they let Victor and Nikki know what’s going on.

Nick isn’t ready to get his Dad involved. He has resources and will do whatever it takes to protect his family, Sharon persists. He’ll use it as leverage to make me work with Adam and we already have the police working on this, Nick points out. And they haven’t found Cameron – we need your father.

Tucker knows it will be hard to convince the board that the ‘beloved’ Jack is unfit, and Kyle, Billy and Traci won’t vote him out. You could lose your family. Ashley will NOT fail. Diane won’t be able to snag power if Jack has none. Don’t you want to be along for the ride, baby? OK – but Tucker wants to get married immediately.

Back in the lounge, Diane wants a small, elegant wedding with Harrison as their ring bearer. We’ll walk down the aisle together. Jack approves. Diane would like Summer to be her matron of honour. We must show her that she’s loved. Our wedding day will prove that Phyllis has no power over us.

Turn yourself in, Kyle demands. Phyllis knows she should be punished but no police until I clear my name. She’s sorry – but she’s back to do the right thing – just like your Mom did. Continuing to compare herself to Diane, Phyllis explains that Jeremy took advantage of her just as he did Diane. She killed Jeremy in self defense and just needs time to clear her name. Please, for my family – my life is in your hands right now.

Phyllis’ sob story to Kyle continues – remember when your Mom came back from the dead? You were angry at her but you forgave her. You now have a beautiful relationship. It’s different, Kyle says. Yes, Phyllis agrees Diane was gone for years and years. We couldn’t stay away from our babies. It’s the same. You see that right? Kyle watched Summer grieve – you did that. And now you expect Summer to help you avoid punishment. We’re all complicit, and guilty of obstruction of justice etc. what happens to Harrison if we all go to prison!?
