Appreciating Audra’s honest, Victor assures her that her job’s not in jeopardy. Glaring at Adam on her way out, Audra texts Kyle – meet me in my room.
Victor blasts Adam for his defiance. It IS personal. He’s given him numerous lucrative opportunities. After Nikki chimes in to say that Adam’s not capable of changing, Victor’s had enough (but can’t fire him because he just got funding in Europe)
Vikki’s conflicted – Audra did cover up a horrible crime. No, she covered up McCall’s PR teams’ cover up, Nate clarifies. Audra’s not the problem, Adam is. It’s time to ‘push him off a cliff’.
Now alone, Victor really thinks he got through to him this time. Nikki doesn’t and it breaks her heart to see him so hurt. You just want to hear Adam say ‘thanks Dad’ (but you won’t) ~hug~
Adam seems surprised to find Sally unpacking her food delivery. You stayed. You asked me to, she replies simply.
At the club’s revolving door, Vikki comments that Audra looks pleased. We’ll talk tomorrow – it seems we have lots to discuss.
Now home, Jack’s shocked that Ashley didn’t accept his gift. Slamming in, Traci is NOT; Ashley had every right to react the way she did!
I told Victoria, Nate informs Audra. He’s done keeping secrets. Updating that she told Victor and Nikki, Audra promises that the threat/Adam has been neutralized (thanks to your father)
Seeing that things didn’t go well with Victor, Sally tells Adam that she unpacked some of his boxes – and found these. Adam keeps the photos to remind himself of when he was happy.
In her suite, Audra declares Kyle a genius and kisses him.
At CL’s’, Billy apologizes to Chelsea. What upset her the most is seeing Billy like this. It made her shudder. It was an act, Billy hopes Ashley and Tucker bought it. As he hugs her, Chelsea looks worried.
Though Jack and Diane insist that the gift was a sincere offering, Traci reminds them that Ashley had to ‘flee’ to Paris last time. Suspecting they have an agenda, she asks what they’re up to with Billy. You’ll rip this family apart!
In their honeymoon suite (at the GCAC, of course) Tucker and Ashley exchange I love you’s and kiss.
