Nikki doesn’t want to be coddled and protected – she’d love to be useful (to Vikki) Claire is not Vikki’s focus right now – Dad is.
Back at the office, Adam suspects they’ll be playing musical chairs again when Vikki comes back. You’re job’s secure, Victor won’t fire Adam unless there’s reason to.

Back at Society, Adam tells Sally that Victor supports their relationship. What’s changed? Maybe he sees that we’re god together.
Vikki demands Victor leave Cole alone – the last thing we need is you interfering. She and Cole are dealing with the fact that their daughter is alive. Victor doesn’t want her to get hurt but agrees ‘to be nice’
After a brief chat with Adam and Sally, Nick and Sharon go take a table at Society. Sally gets the feeling that Adam wants Nick and Sharon to be more than friends – so Nick won’t be competition.
Daniel and Heather hit the bed kissing. .
Cuddling afterwards, Heather hopes she’s not alone in thinking what just happened. You’re not alone.
As Nick and Sharon laugh, Adam talks about destiny. Sally believes in free well. She and Adam have chosen to be together. Hearing Nick and Sharon laugh, after everything they’ve been though – Adam believes in fate.
If Claire gets rid of her demons and becomes a true daughter to Vikki, Victor will accept her as a Newman.
Claire awakens to find Nikki standing over her.
