Billy joins Nick at the ranch to hear that Chance is going over footage – warehouse district, abandoned buildings. After trying to call Phyllis’ burner, Billy got a text. Click here for more information on the Havenhurst Psychiatric Clinic.

Alan spent a lifetime without Traci – who radiates warmth and humanity. He wants to give her space but wants to be her partner, friend, lover, family. I love you. Traci Abbott, will you marry me? Yes, I will marry you, they hug and kiss.

Traci and Alan want to hold onto this moment. She was at a point where she’d convinced herself that she didn’t need this kind of love. She talks to Colleen every day and has told her all about Alan. We have to make it official – Alan leaves to get a ring – I’ll be right back. He says the same to Jack and Diane as he runs out. Any news? they rejoin Traci to ask.

Back at the ranch, Nick didn’t get that text and neither did anyone except Billy. He didn’t click on the link. Nick does a search – it is a real clinic but it’s closed. It’s near the warehouse district – can’t be coincidence.

This is what all this is about – getting past our hate. This situation has changed us. There’s no bigger picture – just twisted fun for a twisted freak. The voice said to consider this an experiment. But what is the goal? What happens next?

We’ll figure it out, Chance helps Summer into her coat. Nick and Billy arrive to tell them about the text. Havenhurst Clinic is in the search zone. Or, is it a trap?

I saved your life. You saved mine. We had to lean on each other, not just tolerate each other – we had to believe in each other. That’s what it is. That’s the final riddle. We have to find an escape route together, Phyllis believes. The voice is gone. This is our chance. There has to be a way out. Death is not an option. We get our freedom through teamwork, they shake hands.

Traci wants the whole world to know – I’m going to be married. Alan’s gone to buy a ring to make it official. Yes, this is what Traci wants, more than anything.

In the park, Alan sits on a bench to admire the diamond ring he’s just bought. His phone goes off – he watches Phyllis and Sharon shaking hands.
