When Phyllis refuses to give Nick any inside info on Arabesque, he demands she cut ties with Cane immediately.
Kyle doesn’t care about the money – he feels terrible about hurting Claire, then, is surprised to hear that Victor defended him. Claire gets why he did what he did in Nice – it’s not the kiss, it’s lying about it. This might not be something we can fix.
Nick tells Phyllis that Cane plans to go after the ‘big boys’ using AI software that can infiltrate a company’s finances undetected. You’ve been watching too many sci-fi films, Phyllis chuckles. Anyone found guilty of this is going to prison for ten years minimum, Nick can’t have that. Phyllis swears she’s innocent – you believe me, don’t you?
