After leaving a message for Diane, Phyllis shows up at the house to tell Jack that she’s handing him a belated Christmas gift – I’m going to give you your company back.
When Phyllis walks in to praise Diane’s renovations and ask about Harrison, Jack wants to get to the point – he’s going in a different direction – let me walk you to the door. Refusing, Phyllis sits – what changed? Giving Marchetti to Summer wouldn’t cost you anything. I’m the only one who can get that AI program back from Victor. Jack considers her a loose cannon.

Declaring her a pitbull, Billy never got off the Phyllis train – he trusts that she’ll do this for Summer. And yes, we destroy the program. Jack has a feeling that Billy’s ‘complicated brain’ is coming up with something else.
Matt’s gonna take the money, Nick adds he won’t tell us where Sienna is until he’s safely out of the country and has the money. We have to let this play out, Nick tries to calm Noah down.
