Sitting at a table with his Mom, Daniel came to check on her and say Happy New Year. New Year’s Eve was good, he’s vague and again asks about the call. Not answering, Phyllis observes that Daniel seems at ease – is it because of Tessa??
Wow – what a blast from the past. Turns out Tessa and Sienna knew one another from ‘the scene’, when Tessa was playing ‘dive bars’ with Tanner. You two were magic, Sienna heard they broke up a while back. What are you doing in GC? How do you know Sharon? Tessa asks.

Waking up with his face plastered to his air bag, a weak Nick manages to grab his phone.
No games – what’s going on? Nikki wants specifics. Victor know how to protect his family – end of discussion. The ladies remind him that they dealt with Jordan and that Victor was shot in this very room.
‘Dad’, Nick croaks – there’s been an accident – Matt escaped. I can’t move – I need help. Where are you? Victor asks. Nikki looks terrified.
Over her menu, Phyllis grills Daniel – is Tessa divorced?? If she makes you happy, I’m OK with it – just watch your heart. Again asked about the message, she snaps – get off my back!
Sienna tells Tessa that she and Noah are involved – it’s complicated. How do you know Sharon?
In his hospital bed, Nick tells Sharon, Noah and his parents that slamming on the brakes wasn’t the best idea – we have to tell the police that Matt escaped.
Their entree served, Phyllis tells Daniel that Jack and Billy have asked her to help them save Jabot from Victor’s attacks. What do you get? A kickback? No, nothing selfish – Summer gets full ownership of Marchetti.
Tessa updates Sienna that she’s Noah’s half-sister-in-law – she’s married to (and has a child with) Mariah. That’s my baby girl, she points out a framed photo of Aria. No, Sienna didn’t marry that base player with the hair – she married a real sonofabitch who just wanted revenge on the Newmans.
Surrounding Nick’s bed, the Sharon won’t let Noah blame himself. Nikki and Vikki declare Nick as stubborn as his Dad. After he’s wheeled out for tests, Noah worries about Sienna’s safety, but is talked out of going to check on her. It’s too dangerous.
After the doctors update that Nick needs surgery on his fractured leg, Noah sneaks out (determined to check on Sienna) Realizing he’s gone, Sharon’s alarmed – Noah!???
