Devon had to take a work call; he had to pick up a lot of slack while Lily was gone (she’s sorry) He then describes how he and Abby looked everywhere for Dom. No, Devon doesn’t blame himself – he blames Mariah.
Abby blames herself for leaving Dom alone in the yard. It’s driving her crazy. No, Daniel doesn’t blame Abby for feeling that way and hopes that there’ll be healing and forgiveness one day.
Over their menus, Kyle asks his Mom how she’ll handle working with his Dad at Jabot.
Holden’s sorry he turned down Cane’s offer and could use the money. If something else comes along, Cane will reach out. He locks eyes with Lily when she walks in.
Diane assures Kyle that she will be professional at Jabot – am I supposed to leave work because your dad cheated on me? God forbid I make anyone at the office feel uncomfortable! Are you saying (as co-CEO) you’ll fire me if I don’t forgive him?
Jack comes home to whine to his supportive sister. Traci’s so sorry – you can talk to me about anything. I was unfaithful to Diane with Patty, Jack admits. You were drugged, Traci blames Victor. I had a choice, Jack could have resisted but didn’t.

Holden tells Lily that a frantic Cane sent him to LA to look for her and the kids. He’s surprised to hear they were never in danger and adds that Cane’s not in a good head-space.
Jack hates the pain he’s caused Diane and Kyle. This isn’t the person he wants to be. He’s always tried to live up to their Dad’s example. I didn’t make the right choice on that yacht.

Kyle would never suggest that his Mom not work at Jabot – but, it will be a challenge for you and Dad to work together. He pressures her to get past this – Dad hates what he did and will do anything to make amends. Diane doesn’t think it fair that Kyle’s pressuring her.
Daniel leaves when Devon arrives at Society. Abby wants to know why he’s ‘riled up’. He talked to Lily – she thinks he’s misplacing his anger (and blaming myself or you) Daniel said pretty much the same thing Lily said, and Nate, Abby points out. They’re all wrong, Devon wants Mariah to pay!
Devon’s surprised that Abby’s having second thoughts about Mariah deserving prison-time. The Judge and DA aren’t serving the community, he’ll make sure they aren’t re-elected. The punishment Mariah got isn’t enough.
Holden reiterates that Cane’s now vindictive; he’s going after Victor and it’ll get ugly. Based on the look in his eyes, you should steer clear of him. Don’t get caught in the crossfire, he warns Lily.
Upset, Diane has a right to her feelings. Kyle’s sorry for pushing so hard. She’s sorry too. Kyle’s caused his parents so much pain – we were so aligned working as a family and now it’s blown apart. What do you want me to do? Hate Dad? Maybe just a little, Diane says through tears. I love you, she calls it a night and goes upstairs.
Traci believes in Jack and Diane’s relationship. You have to find a way to win her trust back. You’ve got to save your marriage, Traci’s adamant.
