‘It’s over’, Victoria and her father warn Phyllis that the newly appointed DA will deliver swift justice.

Phyllis holds a grudge like a security blanket, Danny knows. Yes, but Chris just took an oath to be impartial; she’d never use her position as DA to settle personal scores.

Audra’s concerned – this feels impulsive, but she’s happy if Sally is. You’ll finally be able to design a wedding dress for yourself. Noticing that her BFF isn’t wearing a ring, she concludes that Sally isn’t ‘ready’.

Diane will never forgive Jack and was never good enough for him, Patty is sure he’ll never forget that night they slept together. You’re a handsome young man but that little scowl on your face isn’t doing you any favours. After Patty exits, Victoria joins Kyle at the bar to comment that Patty ‘hasn’t aged a day’. How can you forgive your father? How can you sleep at night? he wonders.

Sally might be self-sabotaging because she feels she doesn’t deserve to be happy. In LA, she was engaged to Wyatt. He cheated and Sally did terrible things to try to keep him. No one chooses me, she’s near tears. Billy’s chosen you, but Audra has to wonder if Sally’s having doubts for a reason.

Back at the house, Jack whines to Billy that Diane won’t even talk to him. Perhaps he can use Patty to beat Victor at his own game. I’ve got nothing to lose!

When Billy appears, Audra leaves so quickly that he asks Sally ‘she really doesn’t like me, does she’?

Phyllis joins the ‘globetrotting Romalotti’s’ to comment that they should be somewhere nice, like Costa Rico. Chris will be pretty busy with her new job as DA – and it looks like my first case might involve you.

You have no proof my father was behind Patty’s return; he denies it, Victoria adds. Kyle always thought she was different – that she had a conscience – you stepped up for Claire and me but none of you take a stand against Victor. He knows that, deep down, her guilt cuts deep.

Jack flashes back to cutting a deal with Patty – ‘give me a tour of the yacht and I’ll give you a kiss’. I was playing her before the drugs kicked in, he admits to himself – I had a plan to go after Victor.

You shared our private conversation with your father and the DA!? Phyllis calls Daniel a traitor who has betrayed her trust. You created this mess, Daniel points out – this has nothing to do with Chris – this is on YOU. Phyllis can’t believe he kids have chosen Victor over her. You want to see me go to prison, don’t you?

Does Jack get a pass? Victoria asks. For what?! Did he kidnap and drug himself? Kyle’s indignant. He chose to have sex with Patty, Victoria knows her father is flawed, but so is YOURS. If you want to go around accusing everyone of looking at their fathers through rose coloured glasses, take a long hard look at yourself, she walks off.

Audra doesn’t think you like her, Sally reports. Billy’s the last person to judge – if you trust her that’s good enough for me. OK, he’ll tell Audra that. Have you thought more about the proposal? Sally has. And????

Billy thinks he’s putting too much pressure on Sally – he’s happy with things the way they are. When Sally’s answer is a definite ‘yes’, he proposes again and puts the ring on her finger ~kiss~

Of course Daniel doesn’t want his Mom to go to prison – so give Victor his company back. You’re making a spectacle of yourself, again, Chris tells Phyllis calmly. You wouldn’t know what it’s like to have your child betray you, Phyllis hits Chris with a low blow. Then, on her way out, she tells Daniel that she’ll never forgive him.

Jack spots Patty drinking at the club’s bar. When she turns to grin at him, he smiles.
