Of course Chelsea doesn’t believe anything happened between Adam and Risa. He’d never risk what he has with her and Connor. Risa implied there was more and you don’t remember a lot of what happened in Vegas, Chelsea reminds. Risa plays mind games, Adam would remember ‘that’.
Nobody’s going to believe you have amnesia! Noah shouts at Matt – who’s confused – she called me Mitch, you called me Matt – please, tell me who I am! Audra reports that she wasn’t able to reach Nick or Victor.
Shocked she hasn’t been burned at the stake, Phyllis claims that she had to be cutthroat and has come too far to give up now. Near tears, she gives Lauren permission to leave the company. Lauren’s not going anywhere – but is worried about her friend. You’re taking on a lot with little reward – it might be too much for even you to bear.
Are you so whacked out of your mind that you think anyone would believe you don’t remember torturing my family and trying to kill us in Vegas!? Noah bellows. Matt has NO idea what he’s talking about – my memory’s ‘wiped’. When Noah asks Audra to call the police, Matt punches him and runs off.
Chelsea nags Adam about the cards – maybe you miss Spyder more than you’re admitting. You’re using poker terms too. Picking up the cards, Adam admits he got a certain rush in Vegas and has been fighting a ‘lingering desire’.
Nick vows to stay clean – Mom will act as his sponsor. Sharon found him a rehab facility. He promises to come to Victoria if he needs anything. With another hug, Nick answers his phone. I just saw him – he’s here! Noah tells his Dad that Matt claims he doesn’t remember anything. Matt’s alive and in GC! Nick tells Victoria, then storms through the revolving door.

My Thoughts: Why isn’t Adam waiting for Victor in his own hand-me-down ranch? And drinking his own booze? Not like it’s far away.. How would Lauren know that ‘morale’s at an all time low’? She’s only worked at the company for 5 minutes; which is around the same time Nick’s been addicted to drugs for. I mean, I’m no expert on Fentanyl but if Nick IS addicted, maybe he should have a legit sponsor instead of his Mom. I’m assuming that one has to at least take an online course before becoming a sponsor. Weird that Nikki’s MS hasn’t flared up due to all the stress she’s under. It’s almost like not running a huge company and living with a narcissist has health benefits … Now that she’s been arrested and posed for mug shots, why does anyone think that Phyllis has the option to make it all go away by giving Newman back to Victor? … Nice that someone’s finally published an article about the Newman takeover – though I’m not sure I’d agree that Victor’s the ‘king of take-downs’. The only thing he’s taken down is his office portrait… Matt may not remember who he is, but he must be wondering why all these hot women are so eager to chat him up… Kinda gross that Noah takes a sip of Audra’s tea. How does that lipstick taste?
