If Matt knew how to save Nick, he must remember who he is. Or it came instinctively. Nikki doesn’t care who saved her son or why, she’s grateful. Why would Matt save my life? Nick wonders what he thinks is in it for him.

Matt doesn’t want to hurt anyone or hate anyone, he’s innocent, like me, Patty tells Phyllis. God help you if they’ve hurt him. Matt’s blood will be on your hands. Jack arrives (with Kyle) to confront Patty – what have you done to Diane?

Noah thinks Matt tried to save his own ass by saving Nick. He’s not the same man, Victor comments. Even Sharon believed he was harmless. The Newmans debate. No, Nick’s not softening but what does retribution look like?

Diane’s missing? Have you checked yachts? The peanut butter aisle? Phyllis quips before leaving Patty to tell Jack that his wife wants nothing to do with him.

The Newmans debate what they should do with Matt. Victoria thinks the police should handle him. Nick needs to see him face to face.

Nick promises to focus on his recovery as soon as he’s seen Matt. He, Victor and Adam go, Noah goes to check on Sienna – leaving Victoria and Nikki to wonder how Sharon’s feeling.

Patty hasn’t seen Diane. But I’m right here – you know we’re good together – now that she’s out of our way. What does that mean? Jack and Kyle wonder.

Sharon worries that if Matt regains his memory, he’ll revert to being a monster. As Nikki downplays her headache, Phyllis arrives to check on Nick. Victoria and Nikki thank her. Matt was the one who saved Nick’s life, Phyllis corrects.

Matt stands up when Nick walks into Victor’s little boxing room.
