At the club, Victoria worries about her Mom’s headaches – we’re going to take care of this right now.

Chatting with Phyllis at CL’s, Mike learns that she’s decided not to give the company back – she’s rethinking her position.

Put your phone down, Nikki insists that these headaches are nothing to worry about – it’s all the stress she’s under. Perhaps she and Victor can get back together when they get Newman back.

Phyllis won’t go back to begging for scraps. Mike thinks Victor might be ‘magnanimous’ because she saved Nick’s life – do the right thing; throw in the towel. IF she gave the company back, she’d have to know she’s walking away free and clear (that Christine won’t charge her)

Nikki thinks her marriage might be over and doubts Phyllis will give the company back.

Mike encourages Phyllis to take the deal and not paint herself as a victim – you only have one option that doesn’t involve an orange jumpsuit.

Nick joins his Mom and sister to finish Victoria’s breakfast – he just had his first session at the rehab clinic. He’s committed to it. How do we know you’re not lying (again) Victoria asks.

Phyllis won’t count on Nick to help her – she needs assurances that the charges will be dropped, in writing. Then, she may consider giving back her company.

Nick’s making sobriety his priority. It won’t be easy, Nikki wants him to reach out to her – or Jack; he’s been there. Nick will take him up on it. Despite Phyllis saving his life, it’s ‘game over’ for her.

When Mike talks Phyllis into going to talk to Victor with him, she gives him a hug – thanks for not quitting on me.

** I missed yesterday’s show but will try to post it tomorrow.

Victor and Nick are surprised when Mike arrives with Phyllis and Chris (who’s in the dark too) Phyllis will give NE back if Victor admits he faked the emails – you won.

Meeting Adam at CL’s, Chelsea gushes about the progress Connor’s made – he has his first girlfriend. We’re great parents, they agree. Adam wonders if she’s thought about having another child.

Christine won’t drop the charges without a compelling reason – I’ll see you all in court.
