Audra just had a ‘moment – felt like she was back in LA; she’s happy for Noah. At the bar, Sienna introduces herself to Sally. It brings back a lot of memories; you met Holden at the Shadow Room, Sienna reminds Audra. The interaction is so tense Sally’s left to ask her BFF ‘what was that was about??
Billy snaps Adam’s olive branch with some truth. We can’t help ourselves. You need to hate me to keep from hating yourself. It’s our destiny – Billy will always hate Adam because he killed Delia.
Nick’s also struggling with his Dad and Matt’s arrangement. Methadone helps but he still craves fentanyl. The first two weeks will be the toughest. Getting a call from his babysitter, Nick needs to get home to Christian. Sharon will explain to Noah.
Audra tells Sally that she and Sienna dislike each other. She cheated on her husband with Noah; he could do SO much better. After Sienna takes their drink orders, Sally remembers that Holden worked at the Shadow Room – and wonders if their secret is bothering Audra. On cue, Holden arrives with Claire. All look uncomfortable. Flashback to Holden telling Audra to go to another bar and chat up some alibis while he disposes of the dead guy.
You OK? Claire snaps Holden out of it. Noah comes out to hear ‘the resemblance is uncanny’. After they head to the bar, Sharon arrives to tell Noah that Nick had to go check on Christian.
Sienna serves Audra (and Sally) their drinks and an insult. Lily arrives with Stephanie and Malcolm, Sharon rushes over for a hug and a chat. She looks confused to hear that Stephanie is there to spend time with her son – and so is Malcolm!
‘It all does flow back to that’, Adam feels pain and remorse every day. Billy doubts that – you push it down too deep. It’s true, Adam swears – maybe that’s the curse; we’ll never find peace with each other. Billy couldn’t, even if he wanted to. Both men are near tears.
