On the patio, Adam thinks it newsworthy that Billy’s working at Chancellor – and that Lily hired Cane. Chelsea wants him to let things unravel on their own. I’m not gonna do it.
Be excited for me, Danny implores. Daniel wouldn’t mind having his Dad’s spaghetti sauce more often. Yes – it works for me ~hug~
At Society, Adam apologizes to Sally. She appreciates him ‘holding back’ and sees no point in arguing about Billy. Are you going after him? Is this what we’ll do for the rest of our lives? she asks.
Chelsea’s at Billy’s house saying virtually the same thing. Adam doesn’t know I’m here. She didn’t come to warn Billy, or for a ‘thank you’.
At the bar, Cane asks Holden to keep a discreet eye on Billy. He doesn’t like that he’s going rogue and looking into Chancellor’s history.
After some jokes about Danny starting up a Graceland compound, he asks Daniel to come work with him at the Shadow Room.
Holden can keep an eye on Billy – but he wanted a legit job, not being a spy. Cane needs someone he can trust. If you can’t trust Billy, cut him loose, Holden suggests.
Chelsea’s looking out for herself and her son. You and Adam continuing the Newman-Adam feud is insane. Billy didn’t mean to blurt out the news to Victor – but he wanted the truth to be known. Adam’s a snake – you used to know that. You should leave him once and for all.
Claiming that his only focus is rebuilding Newman Media, Adam doesn’t understand why Sally’s so angry with him. Leave Billy alone to get his career back on track – it would mean a lot to him – and to me.
