Billy strolls over to Victor’s table to needle him. You’re a clown – you won’t know what hit you, Victor smirks. When Cane comes through the revolving door to join Lily, Billy mocks him for going to Victor. A gambler always wants to go against the best – that’s the kind of winner Chancellor deserves at the helm (he obviously means himself)
