Finally – Chelsea’s been looking everywhere for Adam. Yes, everything’s fine – he had an early meeting that got cancelled. Repeating that he’s fine, he sends Chelsea inside for her pre-work latte.
Missing Ruby, Billy wants her to know who her Daddy is. Put on speaker (by Sally) he sings Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. At the cafe, a weepy Adam flashes back to handing Ruby to Sally. Coming out with two lattes, Chelsea’s smile vanishes at the sight of a tortured Adam looking far off into the distance.
