At the outdoor cafe, Nate finds Victoria scowling at her phone as furiously flies off at the fingertips. She and her family are planning a full scale attack against Billy and Phyllis, she announces.

Billy wanders into his old/new office at Chancellor. Home sweet home, he’s back where he belongs. You must be pretty pleased with yourself, Jack appears to comment.

Joining Sally at Society, Audra’s eager to hear if there’s been a change to her employment status. Yes, Sally stops typing on her laptop to confirm.

When Sharon returns with his tea, Nick jams the baggie of pills back into his pocket (but not fast enough) What did you just hide from me???? she asks.

Nick’s not hiding anything – he was just checking his meds; I’m out. Sharon’s surprised, she just had his prescription filled. Nick claims he only brought a few with him. Sharon’s suggesting yoga, acupuncture, etc. when Noah arrives to hug his parents – I missed you too.

After sleeping on it, Victoria tells Nate that she’s even more pissed off at Billy but has changed her mind on turning the kids against him. She now plans to send them back to boarding school – to avoid the war their father instigated.

Jack wouldn’t want to miss Billy’s big day. You’re dripping with judgement, as always, Billy wonders if his brother showed up on Nikki’s first day (after HE was kicked out of Chancellor) Have you spoken to Victoria? The kids? Jack fires questions – what does Sally think? Is it worth it if you’ve lost the woman you love?

Noah updates his parents that the Shadow Room’s been closed down since Matt left. He spoke to some of the staff about reopening and asked Sienna to come back to GC with him. She’s thinking about it.

Audra reads what Sally’s typed – effective immediately, Audra Charles has been named co-CEO. Yes, it’s for real. How? First Sally called Jill to let her know Billy’s back at Chancellor – she’s pissed at him for abandoning me. Jill trusts me – if I trust you, she’s willing to give you a chance. Audra’s grateful – I owe you so much. Abbott Communications now owns Newman Media, Sally adds.

Victoria’s sending her kids back to boarding school for their own protection. Nate worries it could backfire; Billy’s a good Dad. Are you protecting them or punishing him?

Sally chose not to see my reasoning, Billy wasn’t lying to her; he was lying to himself. He wasn’t able to turn over a new leaf and couldn’t say no to Chancellor. Jack shares Sally’s concern. Are you concerned about me? Or pissed off that I’m the Abbott who bested Victor, Billy challenges. Nikki arrives, indignant to hear Billy gloating over her husbands’ downfall.

Billy presented Newman Media like it was a Valentine’s gift, Sally tells Audra that she moved out. He wanted me AND Chancellor but is incapable of putting ‘us’ first – he started to resent me for holding him back. Sally can’t prioritize Billy’s journey above her own.

Victoria would never use her kids but knows that neither she nor Billy will back down; she doesn’t want to drag the kids into this. How do they feel about going back to school? Nate wonders. They’ll be fine once they’re back with their friends, Vikki won’t expose them to Billy’s cruelty.
