You’re trying to take away my press conference, like you did my wife – twice, Neil complains. Devon hisses a reminder that photos and video are being taken – pull yourself together – think of your son and the twins. Ashley tells everyone that the press conference will have to wait – clearly Mr Winters isn’t feeling well today. Hilary then steps up to save the day; announcing that Dr Neville saved her life by defying current protocol and breaking the rules. The research is promising. We need this new perspective embraced by the FDA. Neil’s passionate and devoted to the cause; coming out when he’s not feeling well. All end up applauding.

On the patio, Nick, Paul and Dylan brainstorm. Dr Anderson didn’t lure Sharon to Fairview. No, but she was always around (to counsel Nick) Who knows what Sandy would have done to Sage. Dylan agrees – she wouldn’t let Sharon see visitors; she was drugged up most of the time. After Sharon and the baby were released, nothing else mattered to Dylan.

Meanwhile, inside, Sharon praises Sage for being brave enough to put herself at risk to get answers. Sage credits Sharon with discovering Dr Anderson’s true identity. Sharon recalls how controlling Dr Anderson was – she can’t remember most of it. It’s a blur. The strangest thing is it all worked out – I came out with a healthy baby. The nightmare’s over. Sage isn’t so sure.

Dylan butted heads with Dr Anderson, but didn’t follow his instincts after Sully was born. What was she after? Revenge? She must have fixated on Nick for years. But why was she so good to Sharon? (who’d gotten everything Sandy wanted)?

Back at the club, Ashley praises Hilary for saving the conference and the project. Ben notes that Abby’s not looking well – off to GCM we go for some meds/tests. That leaves Devon to scold Neil for his drunk antics – this is my club, my investment you’re messing with. Neil denies he’s drunk. You’re barely coherent, Devon scowls. YOU hired ME, Neil reminds. Yes, and you’re fired – until you get help. Lily comes along – stop attacking Dad. Devon wants Neil to get help – he won’t enable or coddle Neil. To hell with you son, to hell with everyone! Neil marches out. Go after him right now, Lily orders Devon.

We have our perp – it’s my sister, my violent, broken sister. Paul appreciates Nick coming to answer Dylan’s questions, but there’s no need. It’s just the way it is. After Paul exits, Nick understands he’s torn up – she’s never gotten better. Dylan wonders if Dr Anderson’s to blame for that too. Also deciding not to dwell on the past, Nick heads inside to tell Sharon that Dylan doesn’t think it’s over. Fummy, Sage just said the same thing, Sharon relays. Nick appreciates Sharon’s help with Dr Anderson – I owe you. Sharon always wants Sully to always have Nick and Sage in his life. Across the room, Sage beams with Sully in her arms.

Is Devon supposed to chase Neil down and tell him it’s OK for him to be drunk? I HAD to fire him, he tells Lily.

Neville praises Hilary – you were brilliant. Perhaps she should do PR (instead of Neil) Ashley thinks it a bit too early to decide that. Hilary just wants to help save lives.

In an examination room Dr Rayburn asks his wife the expected questions – any chance you could be pregnant? No, absolutely not, Abby laughs, then looks worried when Ben goes to fetch her test results.
