At Top of the Tower, Sage is flattered by Chelsea’s job offer – but she has to get ready for the baby and deal with Shawn. I need to focus on this adoption. Chelsea thinks Sage needs a distraction in case the adoption falls through. You sound just like…. Wait – did Nick put you up to this?

Nick didn’t put me up to anything. Sure Chelsea talked to him – but she needs people like Sage and Sharon (another reason Sage declines the job) She’ll let Nick know it’s not happening.
Back on the patio, Nick charms Shawn over hot chocolate and talk about Faith. She’s not afraid to speak her mind, Shawn relays her asking why she didn’t want the baby. No, it wasn’t tough to talk about (with Faith or Nick, she clarifies) Nick will always try to understand. Does that mean you wouldn’t be mad if I changed my mind? Shawn wonders.
