Back at the club, Fen’s serving hors-d’oeuvres. Lauren’s impressed that he found a job so quickly and will try to smooth things over with his Dad. Fen then approaches Lola and Kyle to say that he had so much fun the other night he decided to take a job at the club. Lola gently scolds Kyle when he starts making fun of Fen.
Nick and Phyllis are kissing and giggling at the bar when Jack stops by long enough to announce that Billy’s probably coming. He then makes a beeline for Kerry. Good evening. It is now, he agrees with a smile.
Vikki’s at the Abbott house. You look nice, Billy compliments. You look … comfortable, Vikki admits that she did indeed talk to Jack. A party would be fun for both of us, she coerces. Given 10 minutes, Billy goes up to change.

Rey comes home to tell Mia that he just went a couple of rounds with Nikki and her lawyer about using her. No one uses me, Mia wishes he hadn’t done (but is sorry; she didn’t mean to cause a mess) Mia then whines, pleads and badgers Rey into going to Jabot’s party. Anything to make you happy, he agrees.
At the party, Nikki excuses herself to hide in the corner gulping down wine while Mike updates Lauren that he’s worried about her – she’ll have to stay strong with Rey Rosales all over her case. When Fen, the waiter comes along, Lauren calms Mike down.
At the mic, Nick at her side, Phyllis welcomes all and thanks Ted and everyone else who helped push their 3rd quarter sales 6% over last year. All applaud. Speech over, Billy and Vikki chat with Nick and Phyllis (then head to the bar) Aside, Kerry and Jack can’t stop thinking about their kiss earlier. When Kyle and Lola stop by, the ladies walk away discussing food. Jack and Kyle watch and marvel at how lucky they are. Across the room, Nikki updates Vikki and Nick on her visit to the station; talking to that silly woman backfired. She’s sick of that damn detective. You gotta be kidding me, Nikki sees them arrive but it’s Mike who gets to the Rosales first. Phyllis joins them to confirm that they were invited. Overriding Mike, Lauren also sees no problem. There’ll be no trouble, Mia promises with a smile. There better not be, Mike growls. Across the room, Nikki and Vikki glare.
Charlie now knows why Shawna hasn’t returned his calls or texts in a week. Looking at photos of her and another guy online won’t help – so Reed invites Charlie to a gettogether with his friends. There’ll be girls there – chang
