Sorry – no time for spellcheck today.

Traci’s ordering a box of Jack’s favourites when Billy stops by CL’s. It’s not her place to tell him about Jack’s trip – but he learned some things about Keemo’s life that may help him heal.

Phyllis shows at Jack’s to ask if he’s received any more text messages. No, and he can’t think of anything else.

In Keemo’s empty house, Ally’s understandably sad that the house is sold. The realtor remarks that it’s the easiest transaction she’s ever done. All cash, no conditions – except one; the seller wants to meet you.

Nate gives Ashland the cold shoulder at Society. I was never your friend; just a means to con Vikki and her family. Ashland has no plans to tell Vikki until he can prove that he’s been set up. Your time’s up (Nate will tell Vikki himself)

In her office, Vikki is furious about her family’s coordinated attack on her marriage. To hell with all of you. Victor finally gets her to pause – and listen to what they have to say.

Back at Jack’s, he and Phyllis continue to discuss the mystery texter – who implied that they could get Ally to accept Jack. It’s not Keemo’s sister, Mia (Jack’s spoken to her)

Ashland’s pissed off that Nate didn’t give him a heads up before going to the Newmans. Elena arrives at Society as Nate’s blasting his former friend. The hell this is a misunderstanding, she’s disgusted. Wow, Ashland suddenly has somewhere else to be.

Yes, Vikki IS a strong woman – who’s willing to cut off all ties with her family; she won’t be bullied. Adam’s attempt to chime in doesn’t go well. Kindly watch your tone, Victor scolds his rude daughter – Ashland lied and took advantage of our big hearts. You want me to believe that Ashland never loved me, Vikki huffs (but finally looks conflicted)

Traci praises Billy on the first episode of his podcast. Now, let’s take this positivity over to Jack’s, they agree, then leave the coffee shop.

Nate’s furious with Ashland and himself. You couldn’t have known, Elena’s supportive. Billy knew Ashland wasn’t to be trusted – we all thought he was just jealous, Nate points out. He’s insulted that Ashland thought he could buy him off with a job offer.

You all think I’m a dimwit, Vikki whines – Dad had me arrested on my wedding day! she reminds. You all have a reason to want Ashland gone. Nikki doesn’t – are you going to accuse me of betraying you too??

Nate agrees that he dodged a bullet by not going to work for Ashland. Victor has your back and Devon and Lily want to give you a job. Knowing what Elena says is true, Nate’s main worry now is Vikki.

Nikki appeals to her daughter; I’ve been your biggest ally. I helped plan your wedding; loved seeing you happy with Ashland. She didn’t want to believe it – but the evidence is overwhelming. Vikki’s not convinced. And Mike could be missing for any number of reasons. Victor DOES have evidence beyond a shadow of a doubt; from someone we all trust. Nate looked into his medical records. Do you know what we found??

Jack can’t reach out to Ally himself; he understands why she’d be leary of the grandfather who came out of nowhere. When Traci and Billy arrive, Jack explains that Phyllis is there to help him decide how best to approach Ally. Who’s Ally? Billy’s confused.
