I’m eavesdropping, obviously, Adam admits. Jack and Kyle are talking about me. Summer’s sure they can settle it themselves. We should both be in there, Adam tattles that Kyle’s been working with Victor and Jack found out.
Kyle took great pains not to give Victor anything that didn’t relate to Victor. You lied and went behind my back to undermine MY COO! Jack doesn’t believe Kyle’s motive was honourable.
Meeting Mike at the house, Victor updates Mike that he agrees with Vikki that they should buy Tucker’s debt outright.
Waiting for the lobby, Tucker asks how things went with Heather. Go to hell, Phyllis steps into the elevator. After the door closes, he chats with Audra – sometimes anger hides a spark. Audra feels no sparks with Tucker – one of us should move out to avoid these awkward run-ins.
Lily has her own issues with Phyllis (shopping the project around) so will support whatever Daniel decides – can you find a replacement for her? Again joking about running away when they were young and in love. Lily tells him not to give up on Lucy and Heather. Daniel’s phone rings – it’s my Mother.
Phyllis is calling Daniel from her suite – she’s worry he had to hear about her trip from Tucker. Meet with me, I’ll explain. Daniel would love to – when and where?
Victor wants Adam back at the company and family, Kyle denies he jumped ship – I still have a big role here. Jack reminds Kyle that he walked away from being his co-CEO. Let ME run the company. When you get a text from Victor saying ‘stay tuned’, there’s another part of the plan – what is it!? Adam walks in (with Summer) He’s there to help.
Nate updates Vikki that he tasked Audra with reeling Tucker back in. He appreciates being allowed to sit in yesterday. Don’t take it personally, Vikki’s pleased that Nate agrees – we make a good team.
Tucker wants to take a step back and fix things. Audra admits they share good history but she’s landed on her feet while he’s facing one rejection after another. Perhaps we can be friends without benefits, she suggests.
Marching into Phyllis’ suite, Daniel confronts her on going to Portugal without so much as telling him. I can’t care about my son? I can’t visit Lucy? Phyllis makes Daniel curious – you saw them???
